In Mumbai, a horrifying murder took place, revealing the tragic life of the victim, Saraswati Vaidya. The accused in this case is Manoj Sane, a 56-year-old man who had never been married and worked at a ration shop. According to the police, Sane and Vaidya, who was an orphan, met each other in 2014 at the same ration shop where Sane was employed. Over time, they developed a romantic relationship and eventually decided to live together.
The shocking discovery of Vaidya’s murder occurred when the police forcibly entered their apartment on Wednesday evening around 7 pm. Inside, they were greeted with a gruesome scene. Vaidya’s body was found dismembered, with parts scattered in buckets and some boiled in a cooker. The foul odor emanating from the apartment alerted the neighbors to something terribly wrong.
Manoj Sane, the accused, had been living separately from his family in his Borivali residence, although some of his relatives resided there. He informed the police that the ration shop where he worked had closed on May 29. Sane and Vaidya had shared apartment number 704 for the past five years, but according to police sources, the couple had a history of frequent arguments.
The couple maintained a low profile, and many of their neighbors were only acquainted with their names after the tragic murder came to light.
