The primary complainant, Pooja Sharma, alleged that the consultancy firm defrauded her of ₹13.72 lakh under the pretext of securing a study visa for her son. Despite providing all necessary documents, including passports, Aadhaar cards, bank statements, and fixed deposits, and making payments in installments as demanded by the firm, no visa was procured even after a year. Repeated attempts to contact the firm’s employees resulted in evasive responses. Upon further investigation, Pooja discovered that at least 11 other individuals had similarly fallen victim to the firm’s fraudulent practices, collectively losing substantial amounts.
