During the raids, police officers and officials from the Animal Husbandry Department discovered and confiscated significant quantities of beef meat and related products from the two hotels. Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) S. D. Sharanappa provided details of the operation, stating, “We received credible information regarding the illegal sale of beef biryani, and we took immediate action to investigate. The seized meat and products will be subjected to further examination to confirm their nature.”
